This error occurs to me since last night when I performed a "update-
manager -d" from jaunty to karmic. The problem remains when I delete the
applet and re-add it. sshmenu-gnome itself works fine when launched via
command-line.
Besides SSHMENU, the only other applet having this problem is

Install of Nvidia 180 driver creates random Wirelss behaviour. Mainly
the wireless stops working and no connection can be made. However on odd
occasions i can get a connection but the performance of the connections
is very poor.

I've probe in this test case the bug with spanish version language on terminal.
The bug is only in spanish language.
Maybe this bug could be a "papercut bug".
