This isn't a bug, it is the rsync behavior. rsync silenty transfers your
data unless you use the verbose flag.
With the verbose flag as above will do as you wish:

I have recently upgraded to Jaunty (fresh install), and this slow DVD recording
speeds problem also happens to me (for CDs it's fine). I have an LG GH22NP20
(that, afaik, can burn DVDs at 22x). When setting burning speed to 4x or 8x (it

Hello all, I have exactly same issue with my T400 ( I am using the 4500MHD

I don't know why those two files were changed, I followed the
instructions on the ubuntu wiki for modifying the deb and creating a
debdiff. Maybe I made a mistake somewhere. Thanks for replying. I have
forwarded the patch to the Debian tracker.

When I click to a Broadcast button, I get an error "Failed to create

You don't have to restart your computer. You can switch from graphical tty to a
console tty, login then kill the process of rapidsvn then switch back to
graphical tty.
To switch between tty, you can use Ctrl + Alt + Fx (x = 1, 2, 3, ...). Usually,
graphical tty is Ctrl + Alt + F7 :)

Yes ,I have also this problem . DSL setting is accessible in GNOME ,but
cannot connect under KDE environment . at first, I thought my Kubuntu
Home disk space isn't enough ,but I understand there just a release
problem . It isn't convenient for me switch between GNOME and KDE . I

Graphics performance was never excellent, but o.k.
With 9.04 graphics performance is *poor*. Scrolling in Ooo-Files or PDF's is so
slow that I can see the single scrolling steps.
