It looks as though you have not built the array properly with the BIOS utility.
Also you could have formatted the /dev/sdb to something else and erased the

I only experience this issue when running Vmware Workstation 6.5.2,
Lotus Notes 8.5, and Eclispse, but since this are the three programs I

ram, intel wifi 5100. Kubuntu jaunty 64 bit
randomly freeze with kernel 2.6.28-11 and 2.6.28-13 when using wifi. It
randomly takes from 5 mins to 5 hours to freeze, but turning wifi off stop the

I am experiencing kmail crashes in Ubuntu Hardy. This happens when I try

I got a freeze again, so option 4) ist definitely not true.
Furthermore Composite is still disabled so this is not a workaround for
the problem.
The hang occured when many applications were open and this time I did
not have any Kopete Chat Windows opened (although kopete itself was
running).

I'm on Debian testing. on my set up the symlink has already been created
at /etc/rcS.d/S50alsa-utils (which fits with the notes atop /etc/init.d
/alsa-utils) so this fix, predictably, doesn't work.

I'd like to try it too, because this bug upsets me. But I read about
KDE 4.3 RC 1:
"Note that these packages have a bug which causes X to die during the
upgrade. The upgrade will continue and you can reboot when it is done."
So, how do you know when the upgrade is done? What time would you wait
