The problem is that the /usr/share/perl5/IkiWiki.pm file contains the
following hard coded directory in the $installdir variable on line 28:
our $version="3.09ubuntu1";our $installdir="/usr/local";
You can fix the bug locally by running the following command which
replaces /usr/local wit
Something else that may be relevant: when you right-click on a thumbnail
and select the "Open with:" submenu, there are no entries, whereas on a
machine where f-spot is working normally, there are a few entries in
this submenu, starting with "Image Viewer".

conky problem has come back again after another restart.

Someone updated the community docs to state that pommed now works. I
