I had this problem (especially with aMSN from repository - but they say
the culprit is the panel in Gnome) with Intrepid, and keep having it
with Jaunty. Nothing really changed. Any fix would be greatly

The facts are that :
- gnome-default-applications-properties looks for mozilla-thunderbird and
thunderbird executables and show corresponding entries in the menu ("Mozilla
Thunderbird" and "Thunderbird"),

i burned some other files with % in them without a problem. but there are some
files (also containing %) that just won't be burnt by brasero.
i attached two of those files (i got 4 in total if you care for more) i have

I cannot reproduce this bug in Ubuntu Jaunty 9.04. Could you please
confirm whether this bug still affect you?

OpenChrome guys did a good job fixing the bug in their trunk with r749.
It is about time for Kubuntu/Ubuntu guys to pass on the good bug killing
spirit and apply this patch! This really is a show stopper on Kubuntu
Jaunty. It would be good to find the fix fast through the updates!

I have a similar problem, I have 2 drives installed and configured for
Raid. The 2 drives appear in the partitioner as separate drives, but
surely they should appear as a single drive? I installed Ubuntu 9.04
using the normal install which reported no errors at all.

After the upgrade to 9.04 some fonts are occationally garbled. It
doesn't seem to be consistent in any way. The bug ist most noticable on
menu items, but also has occured in Firefox (see attached image)

I've just find, that on my newly installed Debian Lenny dmesg shows
"Clocksource tsc unstable (delta = -233324728 ns)". But I have no real
problems, no lockups etc. So I've started thinking that maybe
"Clocksource tsc unstable" isn't connected with this bug (and freezes)
in no way...
