Thank you so much for your help!
Done all you asked me, sorry for the inconvenience, I've never reported
a bug before.
I also noticed that this bug happens with suspend. Just a black screen
and the mouse pointer(wich doesn't freeze by the way). Doing CTRL-ALT-F1
doesn't switch to the console
I'm using Ubuntu. Kubuntu may have a patch for this bug that Ubuntu
doesn't have.
