This was caused by what appears to be a combination of issues, the xsl
files were written to xslt 1.0 spec and saxon v9 is xslt 2.0 parser. It
seems the system saxon v9 did not work properly but switching back to

Mat Tomaszewski just reproduced this at both the default 113 dpi and
(after logging out and logging in again) at 96 dpi. So I doubt this has
anything to do with dpi.

Ubuntu because Ubuntu != Debian. Granted, it will most likely work ok
but there have been quite a few times when a tested Debian patch didn't

Confirmed here. The simple fix would be to make the notifications appear
on the screen that the panel is on. The more difficult fix would be to
make the notification appear on the screen that the application it
effects is on, but default to the screen that the panel is on otherwise.

This bug is no longer valid because the KDE 3 based apps left in Jaunty
uses the KDE 4 based khelpcenter, and this has no problems accessing
links.
