Hi we replicated the problem with the sound today.
I took the Netbook into the dealer and they reinstalled the Ubuntu from

I have been trying a couple of things and here are the results:
Uninstalled gthumb (version 2.10.10) and then re-installed it. This did
not make a difference.
I renamed the .comments directory, then opened gthumb. Obviously no
comments were present. When I click a photo, it creates a comment file

Ok, now I've looked into it, ehci_hcd, uhci_hcd and ohci_hcd have ZERO
overlap in terms of device support. There is no way that any device
would result in more than one of these modules being loaded in any given
modprobe invocation, so modules.order would not apply (as I said above):

Hi lads,
I use compaq CQ45 112AU laptop...I have the same problem.I tried
all the above solutions but they didn't work.I'm new to ubuntucan u
plz giv a detailed description of rageshz solutionbcoz I'm unable to
