Why thanks to the dupe, but my bug was revolving about the fact that
pulseaudio doesn't do any kind of limiting on its output and will gladly
DoS a system in an error-condition by attempting to flood the disk
(since it cannot reach CPU quota due to the syslog eating just as much)

Sometimes pages on www.tagesanzeiger.ch somehow manage to circumvent the
