I have the same issue. Installed sqsh from the repos & running:
sqsh -S "dbserver\dbinstance" -D database -U username
asks me for a password.
In intrepid, I put it in and it drops me to the CLI & I can query the
DB.
In Hardy it simply drops me back to the shell.

run on the machine using the -nv driver with no issues. However the

I think I can re-create this bug by selecting 'Acc' '0 significant places' in
scientific view.
1011- 651 = 36 Wrong
selecting 'Acc' '9 significant places corrects the answer to 360
30 * 60 = 1800 correct
select 'Acc' '0 significant places' changes the answer immediately to 18
(wrong) without reca

I also reinstalled gdal when I reinstalled GRASS from the Ubuntu
