I am experiencing the same issue with each subsequent 2.6.27 kernel on
intrepid (last attempt: linux-image-2.6.27-9-generic) , but also with my
own 2.6.27 kernel configuration on a gentoo-linux partition (vanilla
2.7.27.7). The device in question is also a NexStar GX (using multiple
HDD's), which s

What do you mean in sending the demanded files of the a bug "against linux".
I have an input/output error. I changed allready the motherboard and the
harddrive. I tryed new memory and the bug still shows up. When I try to
upgrade the computer the system crashes.

myself by setting my partion to 75G then going into fdisk and deleting
the partion and recreating it as 75G. I didn't have much to lose if the

It seems that when launching ufraw from f-spot via the right-click =>"edit in
gimp" (as enabled above) no new version of the pic is created in the f-spot
database.
The problem then is that actually nothing happens when choosing "Develop in
UF-raw

After installing 2.0.4-1ubuntu2.3 on hardy our ldap client setup stops
working.
We get "pam_ldap: ldap_simple_bind Can't contact LDAP server" in syslog
and when using the ldap command line utility ldapsearch we get (with

I realized the ath5k module was interfering with ath_pci. I had to edit
the /etc/modprobe.d/madwifi file by commenting out the ath5k line and
uncommenting the ath_hal and ath_pci lines:

blacklist ath_hal
blacklist ath_pci
