The gtk style isn't required either so if you were to start with Kubuntu
and install Gnome instead you would get the same problem. However if you
had installed openoffice.org-kde to get the rest of the KDE integration
it would have pulled in the icons and you wouldn't have seen this issue.

That's the thing - it's a new case that wasn't anticipated in the creation

I have this issue as well. With a HP Photosmart C6280.
I worked around the issue by backporting an older version of Ghostscript to
Intrepid:

Could it be that I was jumping to conclusions? Yesterday I read that the
free Flickr account does not allow uploading of a file that is larger
than 10 MB. It could be that uploading a crw file and uploading a too
large file results in the same error by the Flickr plugin. If so, should

I am having a similar issue when setting twinview in a dual monitor setup.
I have an Nvidia 8400GS card configured with two identical 19" widescreen
monitors, each capable of 1440x900.
When I enable twinview in the "NVIDIA X Server Settings" application I am not
given the maximum resolu
