At the time I could reproduce the error and after uninstalling a package the
list got shorter.
If I now see correctly the packages are available on the webserver and the
update should not give these errors anymore. Maybe the dutch archive was out
of sync.

I upgraded ubuntu from 8.04 to 8.10 and the shut down button will close the
ubuntu screen and then go blank screen with curser at top left corner and stay
there for several minutes and then a message will appear (acpis-exiting) and

I really dislike the GUI of Azureus > 2.5.x. , too.
There are two versions of the application: The package 'azureus' and the

This bug should be re-labelled as it also continues into intrepid, also
using the 1.3.5, though it appears the repositories contain the beta;
despite that, this bug is reproducible on Windows, on Debian, and on
K/ubuntu; however it appears what exactly it is, is unknown; my "Get
Noise Profile" butt
As for me it only concerns Ubuntu 8.10 Server, i386, on quad core Xeon,

Looking more closely at filetype.vim in vim 7.2 (as used in Jaunty), it
looks like the filetype-detection has already been updated. I don't have
a Jaunty test machine handy. If somebody listening does, can they please
double-check this is correct and this bug can be closed as "Fix
Released". Thanks
