Hrm... I could have SWORN that /tmp was already mounted as a tmpfs, but
it appears it's just /var/run and /var/lock that are. /tmp only gets
mounted as a tmpfs by /etc/init.d/mountoverflowtmp if there is less than
1 meg of free space on /.

solved it by opening gconf-editor and browsed to
/system/networking/wireless/networks/%ssidname% and reset
wep_auth_algorithm (I think the value before changing was 12). (Setting
wep_auth_algorithm to 1 also works for me). After next reconne

to is also important.

I am seeing the same problem but I'm using a Dell D520. I did find that
in changing the option to Do Nothing it works as it should when Blank

I have the same problem with gscan2pdf 0.9.26 run under Kubuntu 8.04.
The scan looks all right, but saves as a blank page whatever option I
chose for compression.
The only way I seem to be able to save output is to save the session,
then go into the gzip file and extract a .pnm file. That can the

That previous log was while the X200 was in its dock, and in that state
HDMI-1 shows as connected, HDMI-2 shows as disconnected.
Removing it from the dock means that HDMi-1 and HDMI-2 show as

The other weird thing is that when I use the save command, the programme
appears to save, and a new pdf file is created on my machine - only it
is just blank - but then, when I close gscan2pdf, I get a message
saying: "Some pages have not been saved. Do you really want to quit?".

log while running brasero as: brasero --debug &> brasero-debug.txt ,
reproduce the bug and attach the resulting file to the report, thanks in

I can also confirm this bug in Firefox 3.0.3 and 3.0.4. It seems to be
getting worse as at first it only affected one link but now almost all
are affected.

After pulling apart the package, I realize that it does register the
command files with ucf and puts them in /etc/nagios-plugins/config, I
just installed the plugins in the wrong order. It would be nice to have
this package depend on nagios-plugins-basic, though to make sure that it
has access to

I installed Hardy from a LiveCD, and never edited /etc/papersize, but always
had my current north american locale.
I upgraded to intrepid with the command line (oh, possibly with the Update
Manager? or a combination?)

helped was probably this one: af9015: don't reconnect device in USB-bus
