The version in intrepid does allow the target paper size to be changed
via a tab in the print dialog, but this setting is not honoured when I
print. Changing the printing size in the printing admin applet does
work in intrepid only. Still, I'd like to keep this PC running an LTS
release if at all

Hi Timothy,
I looked through your output and didn't see anything obviously wrong. I
did notice though that the applet tag had mayscript="" where I would
have expected that value to be set to true in order to use LiveConnect.

Just tried newer versions of the patch and still get panics, perhaps I'm
compiling it incorrectly. Tried the 9th and 10th oct versions, as I say,
still with panics.

But every time firefox crashes it loses all the extra icons and sometimes
even the default extra icons, so when the customize toolbar windows comes up,
it is almost empty or totally empty.

In the sidebar totem-gstreamer reads codec: N/A, while totem-xine reads
Codec: AMR narrow band (ffmpeg)
Chanels: 0
Frequency: 15750 Hz
Bitrate: N/D
and nothing on stderr. Both play the video while none of them produce any sound.

and linksys WRT54G. It works on some other router of this type.
