may be the case that there is only place for it in the bar. Try creating
a folder and call it "a folder with a really really long name that even
so still fits the address bar". Then open it and see what happens.

I have updated the bug description. This bug is hard to describe since
it doesn't happen the first time, but hopefully I have made the steps

of this one and vice versa.
259035 in particular has more info about X crashing when you unplug the
tablet and it seems that someone has tried the latest development
version of xserver-xorg-input-wacom, 0.8.1-4. The notes for
Hans, regarding your script, there is a new package usb-creator in
Intrepid which should do the job. I don't know if it works with
Alternate CDs yet. I guess cdrom-detect would need to be patched if usb-
creator is going to work as well.

I'm using the following version, from Intrepid:

I was unable to reproduce this bug on a fully updated Intrepid alpha6
system. I followed the steps as given in the original report and was
able to drag the created event around at will and have it go where I
intended.
