Current LiveCD boots again. However EXA/XAA are still slower than in Ubuntu
8.04 with backported drm/ati driver/mesa. EXA is about 2x slower, XAA is 20%

I can confirm this behavior with an intuos3 equipped iMac.
mouseemu seems to be installed by default on Apple computers to emulate
a two button mouse/trackpad but breaks the wacom drivers. Uninstalling
mouseemu restores normal operation. This seems like it should be a

For clarification, I saw this behavior after installation from the live
CD (though I've confirmed that I can also reproduce it within the livecd
