this webcam won't work with qc-usb. There's a special driver for it
(http://home.mag.cx/messenger). But there's also an in-kernel driver
called quickcam_messenger.

Hi,
the license only allows redistribution, but does not allow derived
works. If it would also allow modification the license looks pretty
BSD-like and should be fine for main.
Please ask upstream to clarify this in the next release. Also it would
be nice if they just used a `standard license'
I booted up 8.04 in 2.6.24-19 generic recovery mode. Looked around a
little and when to lunch for 20 minutes. When I came back I had a blank
screen and could not get a prompt. Since I had tried to use a ping
earlier and found I did not have network access this seems to point at
something very basic

My brother had this problem. It was fixed by removing .kde folder which
contain the conf used by Kaffeine (where he had the trouble).
