removed from acpi-support the setting is obsoleted there and serves only for

I landed here when I was googling for a way to turn off the mousewheel
control of the workspace-switcher. I am using a laptop and the sudden

when you do "startx" there is no xorg.conf created.
but I have the other results in the attachment.
As I said, I had to use the "irqpoll" boot option to take advantage of
my original-xorg.conf. So there is a difference between the original-
xorg.0.log with irqpoll and the one without irqpoll. Bet
ok, just making sure youre aware im running 64bit Intrepid.

the 8mb pci video card set a primary in the bios, but when I changed the

I do, it doesn't because the Ubuntu version of dcraw (8.80) doesn't
handle the CR2s from the Canon XSi. (It opens them, but the color is all
wrong.) I have dcraw 8.89 currently compiled on my system (which also
doesn't get the color right for some reason, but should in theory).
