the system load.
To reproduce:
1. First make sure you have allot of load on your HD and the location bar is
visible in nautilus. You can introduce system load by reading allot of files

And shaggy, I think this feature is still useful for users with
encrypted ~/. That is because I assume in general you have to have your
Home decrypted pretty much always when logged in for things to work
properly. However with ~/Private, this is not typically going to be the
case. As such it will a
/dev/sdb1 it the usb flash from where I installed ubuntu, but after the
instalation(reboot) everytime I plug a usb flash it isn't recognized.
If you look in my /etc/fstab(attached) you'll see that /dev/sda1 is recognized
as an cd-rom

Try disabling the boot splash screen by removing the "splash" parameter
from the kernel command line. Some corruption bugs with the splash-
