Just a "me too". When I run evolution, it randomly crashes. I have also
submitted bug 265958 and bug 256981 for other crashes. I think that they
may be related, however, all of the stacktraces are different. It might
just be a timing issue as to which one comes across bogus data first.

every time i changed kernel. From 2.6.24-16 -> 2.6.24-17,

I am experiencing similar problems with a fresh install of Hardy w/ all
of the updates (2.6.24-19-generic). My system is an IBM Thinkpad X40
and it is connected to an X4 UltraBase.
If I boot with the UltraBase connected:
- CDROM works perfectly. If I insert a CD, Ubuntu automatically mounts it a

Party Software" Tab of the GUI sources application... And if I delete
it, it gets recreated there.

Regarding to the previous post, I have never had to reinstall the nvidia
driver, which is the one available from the -restricted-modules package.
It has seamlessly worked throughout all kernel updates until -20. I have
never used EnvyNG nor did I know what it was until I googled for it.

I haven't been able to reproduce this crash since then, valgrind log

FYI: Most of the php PECL packages (including readline) have already
been added. The following packages do have separate bugs opened for
them but they have not yet been added/updated. These are the requests
that I found after an extensive search, some of them have been inactive
for a long time.
