the use of STRG+A is still buggy. For example, cursor is in text-area
below the table (in uploaded document), using STRG+A lets neither select

There are ways you can "humanize" this beep. And that is done by the
"xset b" command. For example, open a terminal and type "xset b 100 2000
20". Then listen to the beep. You can play with the numbers until you
achieve the desired effect. Or you can turn it off altogether by setting
then all to "0

or at least on the right track, to unify bugzillas and other bug

The patch has solved one problem and left another remaining.
Before it chose the wrong person if you had two persons matching the
same criteria and you selected the latter of the two. It also garbled
the email address so the to: address was mangled once in Evolution.

I have Nautilus 2.22.3.
I have run updates since I made this bug report. I just tried to copy a
folder into itself and I received an error dialog, so it appears it has
been fixed in one of the updates I applied.
