The problem came back because of a new version of tzdata. Now, the newest
version of tzdata is 2008e while tzdata-java is 2008c. Synaptic
or apt-get do not detect the new tzdata-java but detect tzdata so
update-manager always and always proposes me to do a partial upgrade
which will remove

I do not have imwheel installed and still have this issue.
Also, upon restarting today, the issue has gone back to affecting all
ten keys. Page_up is mapped to / (as well as the / key itself), and
page_down is mapped to something that brings up a context menu in the
focussed window. As well as up_

Не работает переключение раскладки при нажатии Ctrl+Shift (клавиши
заведомо настроил и какое-то время они даже работали) но по истечении
длительного времени раскладка перестаёт функционировать.. Если бы
работала раскладка, первого сообщения вообще бы не было.. При входе в
систему под root всё работ
Its an error that appears when are broken pipes. There could be a
package that was not found or other dependencies. Must be solved in a
system upgrade.

The patch should be applied to debian's courier 0.60.0-1. I can patch it

Luke, yes your right and I was mistaken. I muted the pcsp in my existing
account which fixed that issue. I then conducted another test as I was
concerned it might not default to no pcspeaker sound on a new user. So I
created a new test user and no unexpected pc speaker sounds were played.

I'm having this problem as well, trying to install a printer over samba.
