I can reproduce this bug in intrepid.
Strange thing is: If I install foomatic-filters from source (the exatct
same version, retreived via "apt-get source foomatic-filters"), it works
fine. If I then reinstall the package itself, it doesn't work again.
Till, do you know what could be causing this?
Daniel,
I was under the impression that u were responsible for that package .
Perhaps I should have subscribed some team for the same? One never knows
whom to subscribe for packages? The guy who uploaded it last or who?

After upgrading from Gutsy to Hardy I also get this error every time I try to
start aMule using the comand "amule".
My architecture is AMD64. I'm adding two attachments: the ldd output and the
"dpkg -l" output.
The output of ldd is in reference to /usr/bin/amule, because amulegui does not
exist.

image-2.6.24-19-generic_2.6.24-19.34_i386.deb: kan geen reservekoppeling
van `./boot/vmlinuz-2.6.24-19-generic' maken voor de installatie van de
nieuwe versie
ProblemType: Bug
Architecture: i386
Date: Mon Jun 23
solution:
#sudo nautilus
go to /boot
remove all initrd.img-2.6.24-1*-generic.bak where * = 6,7 or 8 assuming u have
updated to version 2.6.24-19 a couple of days ago. this will free up memory in
the boot sector hence u can log in and update normally.

Yes, everyone here has convinced me that this proposal has more
drawbacks than advantages. However, Pluckduck, I'm quite convinced there
is a problem for people who are sometimes stupid/sleepy (like me). So no
matter how experienced you are, you are still able to make mistakes. And
not to talk abou
Now I changed the status to "Invalid". Is this the right thing to do, or
is there something else that I'm supposed to do also?

correct
** Description changed:
Binary package hint: amule
This release could be considered a bugfix release since most of the
innovations of aMule 2.2.1 are already included in the latest svn.
