Hi Jonathan
Due to changed circumstances, I on longer use doxymacs. With doxymacs
no longer in Ubuntu, I guess I would use the XEmacs packaging system.
Since this is independent of Ubuntu, I guess the issue would not
appear.

Thanks Mathias for your comments. I did not see the Original-Maintainer field
was incorrect and carried it out in the merge.
Here are the fixed debdiffs.
Debian to Ubuntu delta (same as previous merge, no patch dropped):
- added --with-rfc2640 to configure options.
- added suggests: netki
Changes from last Ubuntu version :
- Add LSB dependency header to init.d scripts
- Fix "Original-Maintainer" -> "XSBC-Original-Maintainer"
