firefox may use its own custom widgets, but it uses Gtk+ as its
underlying "system dependent" implementation, including input method

This does not sound to me like an appropriate change for an SRU; the
chance of a regression affecting other SRU builds is very high, since
this is a change that globally affects the build options seen by any
python extensions when building. If there are specific extension
packages that are broken
kernel debugging is enabled by default, you should disable it in order
to produce lighter modules (but the functionality is the same, that's
only debug info for develpoers). That's however what i found.

Both testsuites ran succesfully. In the openldap2.3 test suite test035
and test036 are known to have failed in 2.4.7 are were not run in the

I'm afraid that the stack trace is not sufficient to determine the cause
of this bug. Could you please run the installer in debug mode
(`ubiquity -d` in a konsole window) and attach /var/log/syslog,
/var/log/installer/debug, and /var/log/partman when it crashes? If
possible, please try the 8.04 C

I'm having similar problems on two ASUS boxes, both with SATA drives
attached.
One of them, an ASUS V8M-MX/S, refuses to boot AT ALL after the Hardy upgrade.
It always drops into the initramfs screen.

Sometimes, when i open rhytmbox, it opens and 0,5 secs later, it hangs.
I tried rhytmbox in console and its the same: sometimes works and sometimes

I just noticed this thread in ubuntuforums which indicates the problem
is in the ubuntu settings applet (apparently).

According to that thread, the gconf-editor shows that the two key shut
off is not being disabled when the set

I would like to suggest to print a warn message when the DHCP3 daemon
