I think that ~/.gvfs is an appropriate location for fuse mounts. If
you want them to be more visible, then do: ln -s .gvfs Volumes. To
have gvfs create a real directory called "Volumes" in the home folder
doesn't seem like the "right" thing to do. To have it mount them in
/Volumes is definitely not

As well, the monitor on the left (external monitor attached to this
USB/VGA contraption) does not show resolutions over 800x600 I think.
When I move the mouse around, it simply moves around the screen. The

I can reproduce the bug but I cannot get a crash dump in /var/crash (apport is
enabled).
Reproduction steps are as follows:
1) Create a tar.gz archive with some large files (100M +) and some smaller text

If the ttf-wqy-zenhei font is enabled in the fontconfig, the Qt (libqt4
- 4.4.0-1ubuntu3, Ubuntu/intrepid) renders all the fonts non-
antialiased.
I think this is a known problem but without any fix.
