I think this is not a duplicate, because this one mentions using
"shockwave flash 9.0 r115 plugin". I would suggest ignoring it since I
had the flash crashing problem only with the Gnash plugin (unfortunately
I can confirm this bug when using the gnash plugin, only occasionally
leading to a full crash, more often than not just either collapsing or
blanking the flash content area. Removing the plugin, then installing
the non-free adobe plugin (labelled as version 9.0 r115) solves the
problem.

I am running hardy and this comes with firefox 3.0~b5
This error occurs when an AJAX input field tries to display an autocomplete
selection.
It close firefox immediateley.
It followed the recommendation to run "firefox --sync" to get usef
Please don't use the -i810 driver anymore because it is deprecated since
Gutsy. The -intel driver is used instead. Does the same problem appears
with the new Intel driver? Which Ubuntu version do you use?

I solved my problem temporarily by create a file named
"keyboardsettings.sh":
#!/bin/bash
gconftool-2 --type int --set /desktop/gnome/peripherals/keyboard/delay 184
gconftool-2 --type int --set /desktop/gnome/peripherals/keyboard/rate 150
and add it to the startup programs.

This package is unusable if it does not point to ubuntu. It is
IMPORTANT/CRITICAL to fix it, or just remove the package to prevent
messing debian with ubuntu bugs.

after todays updates on logging it gnome i get the following error

did you use the new screen configuration capplet? does moving the
monitors.xml file in .gnome2 somewhere else and restarting the session
fixes the issue?
