For the workaround you have to change to the directory where the .deb file is
located.
If it is on your desktop, first type: cd Desktop
or try: sudo dpkg --force-overwrite -i
Desktop/liblaunch-intergration1_0.1.18_i386.deb
But now, I suggest you to wait for the fixed package in synap
cd to dir Desktop in the terminal first. Then apply the update/restore.

Okay, figured it out. For others in a similar situation, there are more
packages at http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/l/launchpad-

Interesting.
While I'm waiting for i386 package (probably it's being built), I
realized evolution doesn't run without liblaunchpad-integration.so.1.

I am having the same issue. It only happens on my PC with a TV capture
card (PCHDTV 5500). I have attached my dmesg output as well. My
workaround is to use the old kernel (I accidentally filed a duplicate
bug thinking it was initially related to HAL, I some more comments in
that page: https://bugs.
Networks with 10.0.0.0 are class A networks (see

Next questions:
(1) where did you get 255.255.0.0 as the netmask? from your ISP? (If so,

a hardware specific problem more than a kernel problem. However, seeing
that you are upgrading to the latest kernel is a good starting point for
me to debug this further. The d
