Yes, this happens also to my system with Tevion MD-9717. After rebooting
with the old 2.6.24-14 and inspecting the kern.log, I suspect the
offending module is saa7134_alsa. Manually blacklist saa7134_alsa seems
to solve the problem. I can now boot to 2.6.24-15 and my TV card still

After last updates to Hardy, Wireless Network is unreachable after resume from

I really do not understand how a PDF reader with a lot of features like KPDF,
one very important for its usability has been overlooked.
it is not posible to read a PDF with page down/page up because last line

I am burning a disc with >4GB right now, and the size is displayed
correctly. I don't really know how to reproduce the bug, but it is
somewhere, as two people have screenshots. I'm sorry I cannot be more
helpful now...

After installed the 8.04 Beta (std. 32bit version on a Dell Latitude C810) I

My work around where to create the misplaced(?) root home directory "/home/root"
