Yesterday I did download the .ISO file to burn it and try then, When was
ready, I did boot from it, and all video works.
I saw in some forums that only have to remove the xserver-xorg-fglrx
because the new hardy have the ATI drivers in the AIGLX.
Well Then I did remove the packet xserver-xorg-fg
I forgot one thing. What version of Ubuntu and network-manager are you using?

He didn't say he was using a package from Debian's repository. He said "Debian
package" which is what .deb files are for Ubuntu, Debian, etc.

I have also run apt-get update and upgrade, and then used the Upgrade
Manager to get to the most recent patches. Still no wireless networks
detected (swtich to WinXP and I can see 2-3 networks with 90+% signal).

Hello,
I'm actually using debian/unstable and the probleme is the same, it
wasn't on testing.
So I presume this is a Kernel / Xserver problem.
Hope someone will find somethingl, because I don't know what to do and
this is really really annoying!
