To add to what Jaile said, you can get Best Shapes to operate in
Openoffice while having subpixel smoothing in the rest of your apps.
Before starting Openoffice, change from Subpixel Smoothing to Best
shapes under Appearance Preferences>Fonts. Once Openoffice is loaded,
switch back to Subpixel Smoo
I see the same problem.

Syncing this package now makes only sense if groovy is also synced.
Currently there is no sync request for the new groovy. This short before
FF, I'd prefer a FF exception to sync both groovy and libxstream-java
(or none).

I have the same problem using Brasero.

After burning even one session only leaving dvd opened, it tells me there is no
media in drive.

Definitely believe this is a compiz(-fusion) bug, switching to metacity
and back to compiz-fusion make the ghosts go away for me. Any word on a
fix for this?
