Modifying Screen section in xorg.conf worked. But only with livecd. I installed

For peach open movie we had problems with OpenEXR 1.2.2, Blender3D uses OpenEXR
for its internal use.
I compiled our own OpenEXR and linked with it, It was not that easy so

Had gnome-terminal open, and two nautilus windows. Hit Ctrl-Alt-F1 to
switch to console, it was black, so Ctrl-Alt-F7 to get back to X. It
was black also, hit Ctrl-Alt-Backspace to restart X. Crash occurred
directly after X restarted.

card isn't showing up anymore is because you've disabled the b43legacy
driver
