Sorry that I answere so late.
I tried it with hardy and it is the same. But I think it happends when
you enter a text that is longer than one line. So for example on page 7
in the right box. The first line is correct and the second everytime
gets garbage.
So if you fill in:

For what it's worth, I tried to Cc: the Funet mirror maintainers, but
apparently had the wrong address. The mirrors page

Found something else that affects this. The Gnome mouse control has a
touchpad tab, with checkboxes for enable vertical scroll and enable
horizontal scroll. Apparently the default is to enable vertical but not
horizontal scrolling, and it would appear that this is turning off the
scrolling. Checked
