I've checked and double checked, it does seem that I can suspend and
resume (with about 66.6% success rate) with the new fglrx 7.12 release.
On this HP NC 8430 with X1600 mobility, I have an up to date Gutsy
install with the latest ATI drivers installed via Envy. Setting
"DOUBLE_CONSOLE_SWITCH=tru
I'm afraid it's just a bug in the nvidia driver, or a feature of the new
one. You could try using "nvidia-glx" or even "nvidia-glx-legacy".

I can confirm this bug, it also happened to me. To reproduce it (when

I got tired of waiting for a fix here so I just let Adept go ahead and remove it
and then reinstalled it with a quick "sudo apt-get install emacs22" and that
seems to have fixed it. Adept isn't suggesting it should be removed anymore.

Hi,
Got the same--or similar--problem since I moved from Debian Etch to
Ubuntu a couple weeks ago. Oddly enough, it happens only with Google
search results. For the first time I thought it was a Google problem,
I am unable to reproduce this issue on Hardy with the KDE Userguide
which is 202 pages long. Is it possible to attempt to test this issue
with the file that is causing you an issue?

Confirming this feature request. A log/history feature in Adept is one
of the things I've been wishing for ever since I got to try Synaptic and
Aptitude. Both of these have their own logs which are stored in an easy
to read format, unlike dpkg.log.

being made by the kernel to restore its state from the swap partition
after a hibernate. Not even an error message relating to it. I can see

Ok, I'm just wondering why it then tries to get build on lpia?! Isn't
there a way to say that it only should get built for i386 and amd64?
