Finally I now *almost* have it working. Adding the line
options hci_usb force_scofix=1
to /etc/modprobe.d/bluez gets me a perfectly working headsetd from
bluetooth-alsa. Also, the bluez audio service works somewhat better than
before. I can now play back audio using mplayer for instance. However,

I'm not sure if this is related or nobody ever reported. Anyway, here it
goes.
When waking up after hibernating, the interface goes up, but at least
the post-up script is not launched. I have to ifdown and ifup again to
perform the necessary actions (firewall rules).

I tested this bug with unzip 5.52 and two big files (more than 2gigs)
and with the compressed files that are bigger than 2gigs this version of
unzip tells that CRC is failed.
I tested also with unzip 5.51 from CENTOS 4.5, and this doesn't
happened.
