approximately 3000 songs, the application gets stuck and the import procedure
turns to molasses and starts kicking back filesystem errors. I you remove the

I just tried Frank Herberg's suggestion of moving the .gtk* files
temporarily to a subfolder I created. Restarted OO and it appears to be
fixed. Also, so far no problems with Firefox or Thunderbird. Looking at
the dates of the files I moved they may have been remnants of a previous
installed releas

I think I ran into this installing Hardy Heron. I know enough about
Linux to be dangerous and I guess here's where I proved it. I thought
putting /etc on it's own partition could be a benefit for risk
management. now I see it's a waste of time. It really should be checked
and forbidden in the insta
