i stopped all startup programs via session manager, undid some folders i
rooted in home, disabled firewall, changed themes, & tried it in the
user root, user root is fine, :( and not that I can tell no nothing in
the /var/log/xorg.conf file i think.. u can close this bug then if it's

Tim, correct me if I'm wrong, but when you say "This change does not

Yes I have. Although I decided to use 'gtk-menu-popup-delay = 70' as a

I have narrowed the problem down a bit however. When firefox "freezes"
to the grey, it will return to normal color when working again, UNLESS,
it is minimized during the "grey" period.

Happens every boot with xv only in 7.10. Clean install
I have to use x11 to get correct image now. Unfortunately, in that case,
my computer isn't fast enough to run HD movies and such.

Both of those flags would be easy to implement, the question is it worth it?
As Kees pointed out an unconfined user can easily circumvent policy attachment
and thus the flags that AppArmor would be enforcing. There are four cases I
can see this working in:
- trusted start up of deamon, only wo
no worries, I no longer have the problem. so, great!

Trouble here too.
Kubuntu Gutsy 64, Compiz, nvidia proprietary driver.
Every so often the keyboard stops responding. Num lock doesn't even
toggle. Mouse still works.
Logging in remotely and killing compiz ("killall -KILL compiz.real")
allows the keyboard to function again. At that point it's just
