i still haven't had any word on how i can use this code to test the
touchpad, i've done a ubuntu kernel recompile as advertised on

What sound card did you have this problem with? Do you mean your "DAC"
channel was set to 0 (rather than "DCA")?

Binary package hint: postgresql
If you shut down the computer, you see a message "error PID file is
invalid, please manually kill the stale server process" (maybe not an
exact quote), along with Fail in red. You get exactly the same message
if you try shutting down the data
