longer works in Gutsy but it still works in Feisty (tried it with vmware on the
same machine). And after making it work under vmware's Feisty, it start working

Now it's working. Strange, I didn't do anything new except a 'killall -HUP
nautilus' as Sander said. Last time, days ago, I just did 'killalll nautilus'

I have the same problem on a Dell E521, which is AMD64 dual core + GeForce 7300
LE, 4GB ram, with Kubuntu Gutsy 32 bit.
When I got past the Bug #157773 and managed to get the nvidia_new driver to

I've seen that I have the same problem running ubuntu without running compiz
and It's not a hardware problem because I have also güindous XP installed and I
haven't had this problem yet.

This is a regression from Feisty, where the plugin was built.
During gutsy's cycle, Debian moved from lua50 to lua51 (which is in universe),
so I reverted back the change, but looks like I did it wrong (but I blame the
lua packaging! (-: ).
The bug is already fixed in Hardy, in 1.4.7-0ubuntu1:
Could you please put it into gutsy-backports some time or just fix the
scripting issue in the gutsy version?
It would be nice to have that fixed without installing hardy packages.
