I have a simmilar problem. I have a laptop and the mixer displays the

I got the same issue... just after I add some emoticons to it
I delete everything about kopete and kopeterc by my linux profile, but
it keep to crash when I try to log with MSN account

It seems to work for me now, though it's rather slow at it. It takes
about a minute before it sees and tries to connect to the wired connection.

When I plug in a USB to Serial adapter, brltty tries to take control of
the adapter and then disconnects it when it doesn't do anything with it.

Sebastien, what can I do to make this a feature request to remove then?
I personally cannot see how this is an intuitive "feature" at all - I am
a seasoned Linux professional and this "feature" had me very confused
when I wanted to do nothing but resize my window while the titlebar was
off-screen.
I also agree that if the new method of installing doesn't work, we
should default back to the old method.

I can still confirm this issue on an upgrade (7.04 to gutsy-rc) started
16-Oct afternoon US Pacific time. I hit the original python-apt issue,
but the install continued behind the error window. When it finally
aborted, it ran 'dpkg --configure -a' which eventually failed and can no
longer be star
