I have discovered the cause of this problem.
I recently changed my system language from en-us (US English) to nl
(Dutch). Nautilus does not show me the free space on removable drives
when my system language is Dutch.
I just logged in with US English and Nautilus shows me the free space
again.

This is weird, but gnome panel version 1:2.20.0.1-0ubuntu6 seems to cure
the bug.
I applied the update, close gnome and restart it. When new session was
opened both panel are shown flawlessly. Maybe somebody who applied this
patch and restart the computer can confirm what I am seeing ?

I have the same problem.
Maybe mplayer package upgrade to rc2 would help - it includes forked version of
libdvdnav

Sorry this looks to be not a wine issue directly, it is wine from the
ubuntu repository. I am also having the same system hangs/stability
issue over time. seems it might be related to software raid5

The workaround, by the way, cannot have any effect unless the filesystem
is very badly broken, so I'd rather have the filesystem fixed than apply
random workarounds (somebody else might easily have a different random
workaround).
