(-330) from Netware-NDS when I use ncpmount.

I'm seeing nautilus take 50% of my CPU (100% of my 2nd core) as well,
although I'm not having any problems with anything not responding. It
does seem that programs are opening slower on Gutsy than they did on
Feisty though.
Running on Intel Core2Duo E4400.

Thanks for additional information. I have tested and Konqueror seems
work changing path to /usr/bin/java. Do you have an executable "java" in
this directory? Please attach the output of this command 'dpkg -l | grep
java' without quotes, so I can know which packages have you installed?

I see the same problem on a Radeon Xpress 200 with the latest Gutsy.
Various logs attached (sorry for the .tgz but there are about 10 log
files).
I tried recovering with various GUI tools like displayconfig-gtk,
without luck and had to resort to vesa in the end.
