With wpasupplicant (0.6.0+0.5.8-0ubuntu1) and network-manager
(0.6.5-0ubuntu14) this problem still happens to me. It happens in a less
frequent time base, but definately still happens. I'm using a "hand
made" kernel, version 2.6.22.6 compiled with mac80211-10.0 and
iwlwifi-1.1.0 and the network car

I can confirm this, according to gnomefreak on on irc its either java6 or pango
related.
Disabeling both javascript and java in the settings didn't work though,

by displayconfig-gtk. You have to wait for xrandr 1.2 support in

The dmesg after reboot is not helpful here I think. What happens at
resume is that the drive does not resume correctly, the filesystem is
mounted read-only, and no logs of the event can be written on disk. This
makes it hard to give diagnostics, although dmesg at resume time gives
plenty of errors.
