Hi,
I verified the md5sum (k3b) and it were ok. When I tried install Xubuntu, it
retourned many "corrupted file" messages. Then, I take the option "verify
the CD files" and the scan retourned a file corrupted, but I dont remembre
wich one.

I just experienced this issue, using Rhythmbox 0.11.2, getting the problem with
and without the crossfade on, i don't know any solution...
the sound works fine in all other applications, i tried at first with both
audigy 1 and HDA Intel soundcard on my asus p5k deluxe mobo.
still same problem...
Feisty, fully updated, and still not working. I can't confirm the "fix
