Well, I made some other tries. Now ekiga works. I disabled the "enable_preview"
flag from /apps/ekiga/devices/video in the register. I guess it is set to true
by default.

I have the same problem, on a completely different system - hibernation
worked automatically but for resume from suspend I needed to comment
that line too.
This is with a fresh Feisty install on a Toshiba M400, and my video
driver is i810.

Sorry, the above confirmation of the bug may not be correct - I have
just found that even with that line commented, resume doesn't work
consistently (even though it did for the first time after I commented
it!), so the problem may in actuality be caused by something unrelated.

I have the same Logitech set and to make it work I had to unplug and
then plug again the Bluetooth receiver and I got back the keyboard and
mouse, pretty much the case outlined on the link posted by Pascal.
If there's anything else needed I'd be glad to help.
It would be also good to know the bug
I can confirm this bug on my Intuos3 6x8 tablet, on everything from
Dapper Drake to Feisty Fawn. However, the above-mentioned xmodmap fix
doesn't work for me in Feisty Fawn anymore.
