I have a AMD Athlon XP 2000+ and have a Nvidia GeForce 2 MX/MX400 with
512 MB RAM. I had a ATI Radeon 9600XT, but was forced to switch back to
my old GeForce 2 because the Radeon was causing my desktop to crash

I installed the program CompizConfig Settings Manager using synaptic. In
there, I clicked the button at the top of the center section titled

You don't need to understand the language to find out it is wrong.
Just open any torrent encoded with any CJK language and you will find that all
those encodings (e.g. big5, gb2312, shift-jis) are missing from the list when
