Looks like this FTBFS is caused by firefox-dev losing its dependency on libnspr-dev between feisty and gutsy; also, libnspr-dev isn't present in gutsy. After checking a few other packages, I think that the build-dep on firefox-dev should be changed to libmozjs-dev. (This still needs to be tested.)
