As it seems the shourtcut Alt+Alt works but only if the right Alt key is
pressed first, which usually is not what I do. I guess this has to do
with the fact that lv3:ralt_switch makes the right Alt key the Level 3
modifier key. I am not sure but I thought that any Alt+Alt combination
worked in dapp

When OpenOffice.org files that are opened over a GNOME SSH VFS authentication
dialog keep prompting
for a password, and eventually fails with a message "General Internet Error has
Occured".
The problem might be that the gtk file dialog probably doesn't support
ssh.
