I have also a 3Com PCI 3c905 Boomerang and it is the same problem. My PC
runs 24h 7d a week. Sometimes after 5, sometimes after 1 day it stop
working due to this behavior. Everytime I have to reboot because my home
directory is remote. All I need is a stable machine.

This time X just hanged, but sshd was killed (gkrellmd was still running

Please provide all of what was asked for:
The problem should be immediately obvious from the invocation of the
command, the error message, and the few surrounding lines.
This report is quite hampered by not having enough information. We can't
proceed until we have this at a minimum.

Still, the n-m-applet only circumvented the actual bug in gnome-keyring:
it should not return OK and deliver a NULL pointer as an answer.

I have not added any extra options to my xorg.conf for this card at the
moment and it worked before with the default settings.

For me it works when the kill switch is off (wifi on) before booting.
When the kill switch is on before booting, sometimes it doesn't work, but still
get the "unknown key pressed" messages.
